Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange: Refunds or exchanges are only permitted if the item is found to be broken upon arrival.

Evidence Required: Please take a video while unpacking the package to document any damage.

Submission: Share the video with us within 2 days of delivery by emailing it to tanrhebyrhea@gmail.com.

Video Requirement: Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the video is provided within the 2-day window. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Processing: Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 7 days of acceptance. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Policy Limitation: No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed for reasons other than those specified above.
