Do we sell earrings for sensitive ears?

We use ear hooks, studs, hoops and the like made using the following materials - stainless steel, brass, gold & silver plated, copper, 925 silver. We recommend reviewing the product description thoroughly before making a purchase.

Is COD available?

No, COD is not available.

Do we customize?

No, we do not provide customization for our products.

Do we provide refund & exchange?

  • Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Address Changes: No request for address changes is permitted. However, in case incorrect address has been entered, please reach out immediately. The cost of re-shipments due to incorrect address entered will be borne by you (customer).
  • Returns: We don’t accept returns.
  • Eligibility for Refund or Exchange: We value our customers and hence every item is packed after a quality check and with the utmost care by filling it with enough cushion to avoid any turbulence related damages during shipping. However, in the event of receipt of damaged product, refunds or exchanges (subject to availability) are only permitted if the item is found to be broken upon arrival and the following requirements are fulfilled:
    o    Evidence Required: Please provide an unedited, uncut and complete video of unpacking the package to document any damage along with photos of the damaged item.
    o    Submission: Share the video, photos and order ID with us within 2 days (e.g. If package is delivered on the 15th, the request should be made by maximum 17th) of delivery by emailing it to tanrhebyrhea@gmail.com.
    o    In case of wrong item received: We perform a thorough check before pack the order. However, in the event of receiving the wrong item, the package must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is received by us with damage, we reserve the right to refuse/reject the request of return, exchange and refund.
  • Video Requirement: Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the video is provided within 2 days from the date of delivery (e.g. If package is delivered on the 15th, the request should be made by maximum 17th). Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 
  • Refund Processing: Once a refund is approved, the same will be initiated upon sharing the bank details for refund.
  • Important Note: No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed for reasons other than those specified above including, changing of mind, size issues, etc. Please read all the product descriptions before making a purchase as every information is provided to give you the utmost confidence in making a purchase.
  • Right to refuse: If the policies are not adhered to while requesting for a refund, return or exchange, we reserve the right to refuse or reject the same.

What is our shipping policy?

Shipping Policy:-

  • Shipping locations: Only PAN India shipping accepted.
  • Order Preparation: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 7 to 8 business days.
  • Courier Service: We use Shiprocket for deliveries. Delivery time may vary depending on the courier service available at the time of pickup. The estimated delivery period will be confirmed once the shipment is booked.
  • Delivery Time: Typically, orders are delivered within 8 to 14 business days from the dispatch date.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays once the package is in transit. If delivery extends beyond 14 days or the confirmed period, we will assist you. Please allow this timeframe before contacting us.
  • Tracking Details: Tracking information will be sent to you via email.
  • Shipping Rate: We charge a flat shipping rate for all orders except bulk orders. In case of bulk orders, please email the requirement as the shipping rate will vary.
  • Wrong address/pincode/number entered by customer: In case of wrong address / pincode / number entered by you, please inform immediately via email - tanrhebyrhea@gmail.com. No changes can be made once the order has been booked for pickup by the courier agent. In case the wrong entry information has been sent after dispatch, the same has to be returned to origin as we as Seller do not have any control after dispatch. A fresh order will have to be placed by you after paying fresh shipping and RTO charges. In case you require a refund instead of a fresh order, only the balance product price remaining after deducting RTO charges will be refunded.

Do we accept bulk order?

Bulk orders are not accepted at the moment.

How to take care of your jewellery?

Care Instructions for Air-Dry Clay Jewellery:-

To preserve the beauty and durability of your air-dry clay jewellery, please follow these guidelines:

  • Avoid dropping or pulling the earrings as that can lead to breakage.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth when necessary.
  • Apply deodorant, perfume, and makeup before wearing your jewellery to prevent direct contact.
  • Remove jewellery before sleeping, bathing, or swimming.
  • If the jewellery gets wet, such as from rain, promptly dry it with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Store each piece separately from other jewellery and sharp objects, ideally in a jewellery box, and keep it away from direct sunlight.
  • Avoid placing heavy items on or near your clay jewellery to prevent pressure-related damage, especially while travelling.
  • When travelling, store your clay jewellery in a lightly padded pouch or box to protect it from potential damage due to turbulence or movement.
  • Treat your clay jewellery with the same care and attention you would give to any other delicate pieces.
