Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:-

Shipping locations: Only PAN India shipping accepted.
Order Preparation: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 7 to 8 business days.
Courier Service: We use Shiprocket for deliveries. Delivery time may vary depending on the courier service available at the time of pickup. The estimated delivery period will be confirmed once the shipment is booked.
Delivery Time: Typically, orders are delivered within 8 to 14 business days from the dispatch date.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays once the package is in transit. If delivery extends beyond 14 days or the confirmed period, we will assist you. Please allow this timeframe before contacting us.
Tracking Details: Tracking information will be sent to you via email.
Shipping Rate: We charge a flat shipping rate for all orders except bulk orders. In case of bulk orders, please email the requirement as the shipping rate will vary.
Wrong address/pincode/number entered by customer: In case of wrong address / pincode / number entered by you, please inform immediately via email - tanrhebyrhea@gmail.com. No changes can be made once the order has been booked for pickup by the courier agent. In case the wrong entry information has been sent after dispatch, the same has to be returned to origin as we as Seller do not have any control after dispatch. A fresh order will have to be placed by you after paying fresh shipping and RTO charges. In case you require a refund instead of a fresh order, only the balance product price remaining after deducting RTO charges will be refunded.
